Founded in January 2011, the Jiangsu Sainty Chemical Storage Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jiangsu Sainty Corp., Ltd. The company is mainly engaged in warehousing business of liquid chemical products. The company is located inside the Jiangsu Zhangjiagang Bonded Port Zone, benefiting from the preferential policies of the bonded port and logistics park; Jiangsu Chemicals Trading Centre inside the bonded zone is the largest national chemicals exchange market. It is also well known as the liquid chemical distribution center and the price center.
The adjacent harbour was built on the Golden Coast line. The ports are ice-free, do not silt up and are sheltered from heavy winds the whole year round; The average quay depth is 13 meters during the dry season. There are two quays of 30,000 and 50,000 tons capacity, only for liquid bulk chemical consignments and there are two inland cross-river quays each of 500 tons capacity; the whole port complex reaches 4.5 million tons usage each year.
The company has 19 tanks, which are of the mainly stainless steel temperature preservation type. Total capacity is 50,000 cubic meters for the storage of various kinds of liquid chemical products such as phenol, diethanolamine, ethylene glycol, diethylene glycol, dioctyl phthalate, toluene, propylene glycol, isooctyl alcohol, triethylene glycol and ethanolamine.
